To strengthen our Controlling Team in Basel, we are looking for an analytical and hands-on personality as FP&A and Digitalization Manager.

In this role, you shape the Group's financial planning – from strategic planning through annual budgeting to rolling forecasts – and own the digital tools that make it work. Sitting at the intersection of finance and technology, you build the templates, data structures and dashboards that allow the entire group to contribute, challenge and align on financial outcomes, working closely with Business Units, subsidiaries and Management Reporting.

FP&A and Digitalization Manager (100%)

Your Responsibilities

• You lead the Group's strategic planning, annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, including the group-wide planning calendar.
• You provide the platform for group-wide input, consolidate feedback and challenge outcomes together with Business Units and subsidiaries.
• You design templates and data structures that enable multidimensional P&L analysis by Business Unit, Brand or entity.
• You automate the consolidation process and build Power BI dashboards that make results transparent.
• You turn consolidated financial data into insights and analyses that support management decisions.
• You maintain and continuously improve our planning and reporting tools, ensuring data quality and alignment with SAP/ERP master data.
• You document planning processes, templates and data models and guide planning contributors across the Group.
• You support business cases for acquisitions, new product development and strategic scenarios with investment and ROI analyses.

Your Qualifications

• Master's degree in Management with a focus on Finance and Accounting, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance Analysis and/or FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Experience in financial modelling and group consolidation in a multi-entity environment, based on solid accounting fundamentals.
• Experience in process automation or digitalization projects in finance.
• Very good knowledge of SAP FICO and ERP systems as well as advanced Excel and Power Query skills.
• Strong Power BI skills (data modelling, DAX, dashboarding), Python scripting and an affinity for AI; experience with VBA and planning software such as Anaplan, Jedox or Vena is an advantage.
• Analytical, hands-on personality with an automation mindset, attention to detail and strong ownership, able to communicate complex data clearly and influence stakeholders in an international group.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; German is an advantage.
