Global Services Process Excellence Manager (Fixed-Term Contract, 12 Months)

Are you passionate about designing efficient, scalable business processes and digital backbones for a global service organization? In this role, you will shape and improve the end-to-end processes and supporting systems that enable workshop refurbishments, field service, and parts delivery. You will connect service execution processes with commercial processes, from quotation and order handling through planning, execution, invoicing, and performance follow-up. Working closely with global business stakeholders and IT teams, you will translate operational needs into standardized processes, clear requirements, and prioritized digital improvements. Join Bühler and help build a connected, data-driven, and customer-focused global Service organization, supporting our mission: “Partnering for better outcomes.” You own and continuously improve global end-to-end processes and digital backbones for workshop refurbishments, field service, and Parts Delivery You connect commercial and service execution processes-from quotation and order handling to planning, delivery, invoicing, and performance follow-up You translate business needs into standardized process designs, requirements, and a prioritized improvement backlog You partner with IT and business teams in an agile way of working to deliver scalable, practical solutions You define process standards, governance, roles, and KPIs; drive global adoption and continuous improvement Degree in business, engineering, IT, operations, or a related field Experience in process management, service operations, digital transformation, or enterprise systems in an international environment Ability to translate business needs into process and IT requirements; experience with agile delivery is an advantage Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills Comfortable working across global, cross-functional matrix organizations Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
