Systems Engineer / System Administrator (Junior to Senior)

Location: Multiple offices locations to pick from across Switzerland

Working Model: Hybrid

Employment Type: Permanent

We are currently recruiting for multiple Systems Engineer / System Administrators across Switzerland, offering opportunities for both junior and senior professionals.

We also have several other exciting IT opportunities available.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, support and further enhance Modern Workplace solutions, including Private Cloud VDI and Multicloud Modern Workplace environments.
  • Develop new product standards based on customer requirements.
  • Support technical project managers throughout IT projects.
  • Deliver the technical implementation of private and multicloud customer projects.
  • Provide 3rd-level support for system architectures, including troubleshooting and analysis of complex technical issues.

Your Profile

  • Completed education or further training in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with cloud desktop technologies such as Citrix and VMware Horizon.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies and Veeam Backup.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID and Defender, as well as multicloud environments.
  • Very good German and good English skills.
  • Independent, structured and analytical approach to work, with strong teamwork skills.
