DEINE MISSION

Als CPFO schaffst du die finanziellen, personellen und datenbezogenen Voraussetzungen, damit TINYFISH kontrolliert und profitabel skalieren kann. Als Teil des Management Teams, mit Reporting an den CEO, gestaltest du Unternehmensstrategie und Wachstumsziele aktiv mit. Dein Ziel: finanzielle Stabilität und Planbarkeit sowie eine Organisation, welche das Wachstum tragen kann.

FINANCIAL EXCELLENCE – Du sicherst die finanzielle Steuerung und Stabilität

• Du verantwortest die Finanzstrategie von TINYFISH, planst Budget, Forecast und Liquidität und modellierst, wie sich das Unternehmen in den nächsten Jahren finanziell entwickelt.
• Mit einem verlässlichen Management Reporting zu Erfolgsrechnung, Cashflow, Bilanz sowie Unit-Economics-KPIs machst du finanzielle Risiken früh sichtbar und zeigst auf, was als Nächstes ansteht. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du Controlling, Accounting-Governance, Compliance, Legal, Steuern und Versicherungen weiter.
• Du steuerst Finanzierung, Working Capital und Kapitalallokation, koordinierst die Investor Relations und entwickelst Business Cases für (internationale) Expansion und Investitionen.

PEOPLE EXCELLENCE – Du ermöglichst eine skalierbare und leistungsfähige Organisation

• Du leitest die People- und Organisationsstrategie aus der Unternehmensstrategie ab und richtest Organisationsdesign, Workforce Planning und Compensation-Grundsätze darauf aus.
• Gemeinsam mit deinem Team gestaltest du einen skalierbaren Employee Lifecycle vom Recruiting bis zum Austritt sowie effiziente HR-Operations und sorgst für arbeitsrechtliche Compliance und verlässliche People-Daten.
• Du entwickelst Leadership-, Rollen- und Performance-Systeme mit klaren Erwartungen und messbaren Zielen weiter und prägst eine Kultur entlang der TINYWerte.

BUSINESS SERVICES & DATA EXCELLENCE – Du skalierst Systeme, Daten und Prozesse

• Du baust ein integriertes Business-Services-Setup für Finance, People, BI/Data sowie Process & Enablement auf und verantwortest Zielbild, Priorisierung und Governance.
• Du konsolidierst Daten und Reporting zu einer verlässlichen Single Source of Truth und setzt Automatisierung, Daten und AI dort ein, wo sie Qualität, Geschwindigkeit, Skalierbarkeit oder Effizienz wirksam verbessern.

TEAM EXCELLENCE – Du führst eine starke People-&-Finance-Organisation

• Du definierst Struktur, Rollen und Schnittstellen deines Bereichs und führst deine Leads über klare Ziele, Prioritäten, Entscheidungsräume sowie regelmässiges Performance- und Entwicklungsfeedback.
• Du priorisierst Ressourcen und Projekte nach Unternehmensnutzen, Risiko und Wirtschaftlichkeit und setzt finanzielle und organisatorische Leitplanken, die deine Heads in Fachstrategien und operative Umsetzung übersetzen.

Das bist du – oder so stellen wir uns dich vor

• Führungserfahrung: 8+ Jahre Führungserfahrung in Finance oder einer kombinierten Finance-/Business-Services-Funktion mit substanzieller Ergebnis- und Steuerungsverantwortung.
• Finance: Fundierte Accounting- & Controlling-Grundlagen sowie nachweisbare Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Forecasting, Cash Management, Finanzierung und langfristige Modellierung.
• Scale-up: Du hast ein stark wachsendes Unternehmen oder einen Geschäftsbereich skaliert (30-50% Wachstum pro Jahr). Erfahrung in Food, Gastronomie, Retail oder einem Multi-Unit Geschäftsmodell ist ein Plus.
• Data, Systems & Prozesse: Hohe Data Literacy, starkes AI Mindset und erprobtes Prozessverständnis. Du kennst ERP-, BI-, Reporting- und Automatisierungsprojekte aus Business-Perspektive.
• People Leadership: Starke Führungskompetenz und echtes Verständnis dafür, wie Organisationsdesign, Performance Management, Talent und Kultur Unternehmensperformance ermöglichen.

For our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Chief People & Finance Officer who will take overall responsibility for Finance, People and Business Services. You combine financial management, organizational development and data into one simple, integrated system.

YOUR MISSION

As CPFO, you create the financial, people and data foundations that allow TINYFISH to scale in a controlled and profitable way. As part of the Management Team, reporting to the CEO, you actively shape our company strategy and growth ambitions. Your goal: financial stability and predictability, and an organization that can carry our growth.

FINANCIAL EXCELLENCE – You secure financial control and stability

• You are responsible for TINYFISH's financial strategy, plan budget, forecast and liquidity, and model how the company will develop financially over the coming years.
• With reliable management reporting on P&L, cash flow, balance sheet and unit economics KPIs, you make financial risks visible early and show what comes next. Together with your team, you further develop controlling, accounting governance, compliance, legal, tax and insurance.
• You steer financing, working capital and capital allocation, coordinate investor relations and develop business cases for (international) expansion and investments.

PEOPLE EXCELLENCE – You enable a scalable, high-performing organization

• You derive the people and organization strategy from the company strategy and align organizational design, workforce planning and compensation principles with it.
• Together with your team, you shape a scalable employee lifecycle from recruiting to offboarding and efficient HR operations, and ensure employment law compliance and reliable people data.
• You further develop leadership, role and performance systems with clear expectations and measurable goals, and shape a culture built on the TINYValues.

BUSINESS SERVICES & DATA EXCELLENCE – You scale systems, data and processes

• You build an integrated Business Services setup for Finance, People, BI/Data and Process & Enablement, and take responsibility for the target picture, prioritization and governance.
• You consolidate data and reporting into a reliable single source of truth, and apply automation, data and AI where they effectively improve quality, speed, scalability or efficiency.

TEAM EXCELLENCE – You lead a strong People & Finance organization

• You define the structure, roles and interfaces of your area and lead your leads through clear goals, priorities, decision-making scope and regular performance and development feedback.
• You prioritize resources and projects by business value, risk and cost-effectiveness, and set financial and organizational guardrails that your Heads translate into functional strategies and operational delivery.
• In the Management Team, you represent the People, Finance and Business Services perspective and share responsibility for TINYFISH as a whole.

THAT'S YOU – OR HOW WE PICTURE YOU

• Leadership experience: 8+ years of leadership experience in Finance or a combined Finance/Business Services function, with substantial P&L and steering responsibility.
• Finance: Solid accounting and controlling fundamentals, plus proven responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, cash management, financing and long-term modeling.
• Scale-up: You have scaled a fast-growing company or business unit (30–50% growth per year). Experience in food, hospitality, retail or a multi-unit business model is a plus.
• Data, systems & processes: High data literacy, a strong AI mindset and proven process understanding. You know ERP, BI, reporting and automation projects from a business perspective.
• People leadership: Strong leadership skills and a genuine understanding of how organizational design, performance management, talent and culture enable company performance.
