Legal Counsel

Flex Suisse is the leading provider of flexible staffing solutions in the Legal & Compliance sector in Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. For one of our major clients in the energy and infrastructure sector, we are currently looking for an experienced Legal Counsel / Attorney at Law to join their legal team and provide comprehensive legal support across Switzerland.

Energy & Infrastructure | Legal Counsel | Zurich | Permanent | 80–100% | Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice to various business units and support commercial and strategic projects across Switzerland
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements with clients, suppliers and business partners
• Advise on regulatory matters as well as public and competition law
• Support business activities and projects in both German- and French-speaking Switzerland
• Manage legal disputes and represent the company in proceedings before authorities and courts
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to develop pragmatic, business-oriented solutions

Requirements:

• Swiss law degree and admission to the Swiss Bar
• Several years of professional experience in a business law firm, ideally complemented by in-house legal experience
• Strong expertise in commercial and contract law, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements
• Business-minded, pragmatic and comfortable taking ownership of legal matters independently
• Native-level German or French with strong professional fluency in the other language
