Minimum qualifications

- 8 years of experience in product design or User Experience (UX).
- Experience designing creator tools, video editing workflows, content management systems (CMS), or media publishing platforms.
- Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional UX designers and managing multi-year product design goals.
