Service Controller R&D (a) 60-80% (Rapperswil-Jona, CH)

MAIN TASKS As Service Controller R&D, you will combine hands-on operational controlling with business partnering and continuous improvement. You will ensure reliable project controlling, planning and reporting, while supporting Group Management, Division Heads, International Product Managers and R&D project teams with sound financial insights. Your responsibilities include: Run recurring R&D project and investment reporting, including data checks, reconciliations and clear variance analyses Coordinate R&D cost and investment planning, forecasts and regular updates Manage the operational project controlling cycle from project setup and planning to phase transitions, milestones and closure. This includes documentation, archiving and SAP Project System (PS) data maintenance Support project managers and controllers in day-to-day financial and system related questions, and provide SAP PS training Improve controlling processes, standards and supporting IT tools Contribute to cross-functional initiatives within Corporate Controlling PROFILE You have a degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration as well as experience in Controlling in a dynamic or project-driven environment. Your skills and qualifications include: A proactive, hands-on and collaborative working style Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and an interest in improving processes and systems Confidence with SAP and Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI, SAC or similar analytics tools is an advantage Very good German and English skills and the ability to communicate clearly across levels and functions ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We only consider direct applications for this position.
