Production Operator Assembly

Wingtra provides efficient and reliable data solutions to a variety of industries ranging from mining, construction and agriculture to humanitarian organizations, environmentalists and wildlife monitoring groups. Responsibilities Assembly of Wingtra drones for customers Hands-on work including gluing, sanding, drilling, and custom labeling of parts Mounting and wiring of electronics Calibration and quality control / testing of the Wingtra drones Assist with basic inventory tracking and contribute ideas to refine production workflows, Lean process improvements, and product design Requirements Basic technical training (e.g. EFZ Elektroniker/in, Automatiker/in, Polymechaniker/in) or several years’ experience in a similar assembly role Manual dexterity and a flair for precise work Interest in working with an innovative team and rapidly changing processes, and helping to shape them Very good communication skills in English Plus 3+ years of assembly experience with electromechanical devices Proven track record of precise work / series production Experience soldering cables, connectors and components Background in Lean / 5S We offer Young and dynamic team Flexible working hours, no shift work Gaining experience and personal development in an innovative and fast-growing company Free snacks, a ping-pong table and lots of enthusiastic Wingtranauts ;-) If you enjoy teamwork more than being the individual superhero, and if you thrive in a feedback-driven culture and an exciting, unconventional yet structured and progressive start-up environment, we would love to hear from you.
