Panta vs Jooble
Swiss job-search API access and source details
Jooble offers a Swiss REST API entry point with country-specific keys. Panta is useful for public Swiss queries that should work before account setup and continue into job-detail and source inspection.

Read as MarkdownChoose Panta when
You need keyless public REST or MCP and want to follow a selected record to its detail and separate source postings. Panta’s structured Swiss location evidence is useful when the task needs to explain why a role belongs in the requested region.
Choose the provider when: Jooble
Your site already uses Jooble or is designed to display its search results and follow its vacancy links. Country-specific access, snippets and the documented request budget may fit that integration. Review the actual Swiss agreement rather than assuming a global key or monthly reset.
Compare the access and data
| Decision | Panta | Jooble |
|---|---|---|
| Best starting task | Swiss-eligible job discovery and employer research, with source evidence. | Job-search results for a website or search integration. |
| Documented access | Public REST JSON and MCP market reads without a Panta account or API key. Personal workspace tools need OAuth consent; client policies still apply. | A key from the Swiss Jooble domain is needed for Swiss API access. Keys from other country domains do not grant the same market. |
| Data and delivery | Bounded, paginated search and job details with source observations. Descriptions and fields can be missing or incomplete. | Search results include title, company, location, a snippet, vacancy link and update information. This review does not establish a bulk historical delivery option. |
| Access and usage costs | Public market reads currently need no paid plan. Approximate request limits apply; optional keys are available. See the current access documentation. | The current documentation describes a lifetime free-request limit per key. Confirm the current quota and any further access before production use. |
Panta is an observed index, not a census. Its public API does not offer a bulk export or historical time series. Observed past employer listings are incomplete. Public access does not grant rights to republish third-party descriptions. Check source freshness and the original advert before acting.
Sources and review scopeQuestions to resolve before choosing
- Was the API key issued for the Swiss domain?
- Does the returned snippet suffice, or must the workflow retrieve and verify more source text?
- What is the current total request budget and how is additional access arranged?
Try the Panta side with a real request
Compare the same role and region, then inspect the source linked by each returned record. A search snippet can identify a promising role but may omit a mandatory language or location restriction.
This read-only example asks for up to five data-engineering records in canton Zürich. It does not filter for English-only work or establish candidate eligibility. A live response can have fewer or no matches.
