Panta turns a conversation into an active job search: researching roles and companies, preparing applications, keeping your applications and next steps together.
What the AI takes on
Panta builds a living brief from your CV, goals and constraints. It helps you browse the indexed jobs with employer links and observation dates, research public websites, draft CVs and application letters, and store application stages and follow-up dates. For employer application forms, open the original page and use your reviewed draft. Panta does not automatically complete every employer’s portal or monitor your inbox.

What always comes back to you
A recommendation is not a verdict on your suitability, hiring chances or worth. Panta does not invent experience or hide uncertainty behind a match score. Review every generated draft before using it. Panta does not send applications or contact employers.
Your data and control
You can change your experience and preferences, review saved opportunities and remove documents. Optional weekly emails include recently published job matches and your saved stats. For account deletion, contact hi@withpanta.com. Avoid sharing identity documents, permit numbers, health information or another person’s private details unless a task clearly requires them. The trust standard
Swiss data-protection guidance says people should know when they are interacting with a machine and understand the purpose, functionality and data sources of AI processing.
