Who is responsible

Voice messages

Voice recording starts only when you choose the microphone. When you stop, Panta sends the recording to Cloudflare Workers AI to turn it into text. Panta does not save the audio. The transcript stays in your composer for you to edit, and is saved as a conversation message only when you choose Send.

What is stored

Your account name, email and a password hash are stored in Panta’s account database. Your experience entries, goals, conversations, saved opportunities and applications are saved to your account. Earlier wording and document versions are retained so you can review or restore them. Uploaded documents and generated drafts are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. A session cookie keeps you signed in.

How the assistant uses your information

Panta’s assistant runs on Cloudflare and sends relevant document text, your preferences and recent conversation to Azure OpenAI for inference. Response storage is disabled in these API requests. Cloudflare Workers AI converts uploaded PDF and Word documents to text. The assistant can prepare drafts, update your career summary and research jobs. Model output can be wrong: review claims, dates and application details before using them.

Public research

Job research uses public employer sources and websites. Personal CV text should not be included in public web searches. Employer websites and any services you open from Panta have their own privacy practices.

Drafts and weekly emails

Panta prepares drafts for you to review and use yourself. It does not submit applications or email employers. Job results come from Panta’s employer-source index and include observation dates. If you enable weekly updates and verify your email, Resend receives your email address and a summary of recently published job matches and your saved job-search stats. You can stop these emails using the unsubscribe link in an email.

What to share

Share the experience and preferences needed for your job search. Avoid identity documents, permit numbers, health information and references’ private contact details unless they are necessary for a specific application you have reviewed.

Product analytics

Panta uses PostHog’s EU cloud to measure page visits, guide downloads, sign-in and use of workspace features. Analytics runs automatically. A random browser identifier stored in your browser and a pseudonymous account identifier connect these actions. We do not send names, email addresses, CVs, messages, document contents, search text or full URLs to PostHog. Session replay, automatic form tracking and automatic exception capture are disabled.

We also measure backend response times and success or failure counts. We do not forward your IP address, raw error messages or request contents in these events. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for browser and account-linked analytics. Search Console reports search visibility separately.

Control and deletion

You can update your experience and remove uploaded documents in your workspace. Removing an original document does not automatically remove information already included in a conversation or generated draft. Account data remains stored until removed or deleted.
