Terms and Conditions

1. Who provides Panta

Panta, available at withpanta.com, is provided by Hartro GmbH, Switzerland (“we”, “us”). These terms are between you and Hartro GmbH. By creating an account or signing in after these terms have been made available to you, you agree to them. Please read and keep a copy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or sign in.

2. What Panta does

Panta helps you organise your experience and goals, explore jobs, prepare CVs and application drafts, and track your applications. It is a support tool. We do not promise a job offer, an interview, an employer response or a particular job-search result.

Panta does not submit applications or contact employers for you. You decide what to share and send. Panta is not a public employment authority, and its suggestions are not legal, immigration or benefits advice. Check any work-permit requirements or obligations to an unemployment office with the relevant authority.

3. Your account

You must have the legal capacity, and any permission required by applicable law, to use Panta and agree to these terms. Give accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. If you help someone else with their job search, make sure you have their permission to use their information.

4. AI responses and drafts

Panta uses AI to interpret information and generate suggestions and documents. AI can misunderstand instructions, omit details or produce inaccurate statements. Review each draft before using it, especially dates, qualifications, employment history and claims about your experience. Do not present invented experience or qualifications as facts.

Similar requests may produce similar drafts for different people. You may use the drafts Panta provides for your job search, subject to applicable law and any third-party rights. We do not promise that generated text is unique or protected by copyright.

5. Job listings and external websites

Job information comes from external employer and other public sources. An observation date records when a role was seen; it does not guarantee that the vacancy is still open or that all details are correct. Check the original listing, location, eligibility, deadline and application instructions before applying.

Employers and external websites control their own listings, decisions, services and terms. A link does not mean that Panta represents or endorses that employer or website.

6. Your documents and information

You retain any rights you hold in the documents, messages and other materials you share. You give us permission to store and process them, including through the service providers described in our Privacy policy, as needed to provide the features you use. This does not give us permission to publish your private CV or conversation.

Only share material you are entitled to use. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information and other people’s private details. Keep your own copies of important documents. The Privacy policy explains data processing, product analytics, document removal and account-data requests. Product analytics runs automatically as described there. Weekly job emails require a separate opt-in; accepting these terms does not subscribe you.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Panta for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening or abusive activity, impersonate another person, or upload material that infringes someone else’s rights. Do not access another person’s account or data, disrupt the service, introduce malicious software, or bypass security controls or usage limits.

8. Charges

Creating an account or signing in does not by itself authorise a payment. If we offer paid features, we will show the price and applicable payment terms before you purchase them. You must separately agree to any paid offer.

9. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide Panta with reasonable care, but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free results. Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We will take reasonable steps to limit unnecessary disruption.

Each party’s responsibility is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.

10. Stopping use and account restrictions

You may stop using Panta at any time. For account closure or deletion requests, contact hi@withpanta.com. The Privacy policy explains what document removal does and how account data is handled.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, protect users or the service, or comply with law. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue before a permanent restriction. Immediate action may be necessary for serious abuse, security risks or legal requirements.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the version. We will give notice of material changes before they take effect and seek renewed agreement where required by law. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights you have already acquired. If you do not agree to a new version, you may stop using Panta and request account closure.

12. Applicable law and contact

Swiss law governs these terms, except where mandatory protections under another applicable law take priority. Nothing in these terms restricts a mandatory right to bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction, including a court at your place of residence where applicable. We do not require private arbitration.

For questions or concerns about Panta or these terms, contact Hartro GmbH at hi@withpanta.com.
